I have personally added and removed the DX11 mod to a playthrough (several times and different versions, too) without issues so this is a safe bet. The Renderer is a visual tool that changes the way your game draws the graphics and is mostly independent so we can install it last or first and if it does not work in either case it probably won't work at all. Generally you want to install the mod that changes technical stuff first (the Systempack), but in this case the Systempack has a special version for the Returning mod so we have to do it afterwards.
